Needs Assessment
I see a needs assessment as an essential piece of your organization’s strategy. This assessment is a process for determining the “gaps” between current and desired outcomes for each leadership level.
I start by gathering internal data on the various roles. Then, I create a questionnaire and start the interview process. I interview three distinct groups: individuals in the current role, individuals above the current role, and senior leaders.
In this process, I evaluate your organization’s expectations and the current positioning of your leaders to identify gaps.
The outcome of the data analysis and interviews is to pinpoint the competencies, skills and tools needed for success.
Capability Development
Following a needs assessment, I work with you to design a Leadership Capability Model because, unlike some businesses, I believe all leaders should quickly and concisely understand their organization’s expectations.
I custom design each Leadership Capability Model using your organizational context, language and behaviors to create consistent team outcomes.
Leadership Development Programs
My customized leadership development programs support new managers or leaders through adult learning methods such as case studies, simulations, action learning projects, and self-study for in-person and virtual platforms.
